The controller of data collected through this website is Adelaide Chiodini, registered office at Via Einaudi 16, 20010 Inveruno (MI), Italy, VAT no. IT11693040963.

What data we collect

Data you provide voluntarily. If you fill in the contact form, we collect your name, email address and the content of your message. If you contact us by email or phone, we collect whatever information you choose to share.

Technical browsing data. Like any website, the servers hosting these pages automatically record certain technical data (IP address, browser type, date and time of the request) for security and service operation purposes.

This site does not use analytics tools, tracking pixels or profiling cookies.

Why we process your data and on what legal basis

Contact form data is processed in order to respond to your enquiry and for any follow-up contact. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).

Technical browsing data is processed to ensure the security and correct functioning of the site, on the basis of the controller's legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).

How long we keep your data

Messages received through the contact form are kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and, if an advisory relationship follows, for the duration of that relationship and for ten years thereafter, as required by the legal obligations applicable to financial advisory activity.

If no relationship follows the enquiry, the data is deleted within twenty-four months.

Technical server logs are kept for the period set by the hosting provider.

Who we share data with

Your data is never sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

Certain technical providers process data on our behalf as data processors:

Vercel Inc. (United States) — website hosting. The transfer takes place on the basis of the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

Calendly LLC (United States) — appointment booking. This applies only if you choose to schedule a meeting through the online calendar; in that case the data you enter is processed under Calendly's own privacy notice.

Data may also be disclosed to judicial authorities or competent supervisory bodies in the cases provided for by law.

The typefaces used by this site are hosted directly on our own servers: displaying them involves no transfer of data to external providers.

Your rights

At any time you may request access to your personal data, ask for it to be corrected or erased, request that processing be restricted, receive it in a machine-readable format, or object to processing based on legitimate interest.

To exercise these rights, simply write to Adelaide.chiodini@gmail.com. You will receive a reply within thirty days.

If you believe the processing of your data breaches applicable law, you may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
